Rental Process
Book EventJinny for the desired date
Please fill out the booking form found in the "BOOK NOW" section! By providing your details, you can initiate the registration and payment process.
Pay online
On our online platform, you can conveniently pay with a credit card. The advance fee is required at the time of booking, while the remaining balance and security deposit must be paid together no later than two weeks before the event.
Customize
After booking, you can immediately start planning the event's contents, back grounds, intro video, welcome video, video questions, etc.
Receive the package
We will send the package to the provided address via courier service , which you can pick up 1-2 business days before the event.
Get lasting memories
After setting up the phone and turning it on, your guests can shower you with video messages all day long!
Send the package back to us
On the specified date, simply hand the package back to the courier!
We refund the deposit
If everything is found to be in order, we will refund the full deposit amount to your account within 14 days after the package arrives back to us.
